The chaos erupted in Vancouver’s Sunset on Fraser neighborhood shortly after 8 p.m. Shocked eyewitnesses described the terrifying moment when a black SUV barreled into the crowd. “There were bodies everywhere,” said security guard Jen Idaba-Castaneto. “You didn’t know who to help first. It was so shocking.”
