In a major operation, Pakistan’s security forces foils a deadly infiltration attempt by Taliban-linked terrorists on the Pak-Afghan border in North Waziristan’s Hassan Khel area. According to the military’s media wing, ISPR, 54 terrorists were killed during a fierce and well-planned operation.
The terrorists tried to sneak into Pakistan late on the night of April 26th, aiming to unleash chaos. But thanks to sharp intelligence and watchful eyes, Pakistani forces were ready. Soldiers let the militants cross into a strategic trap, then struck from three sides like a storm, leaving the invaders no chance to escape.
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi hailed it as a “historic day” for Pakistan’s defenders. Speaking to reporters, he said the army had acted with perfect coordination, showing unmatched courage and skill. A large cache of weapons, explosives, and ammunition was recovered from the slain terrorists, including eight deadly IEDs.
Minister Naqvi revealed that intelligence had warned of handlers supporting the militants from within Pakistan. He accused India of trying to fuel unrest, saying Pakistan had undeniable proof of terrorist involvement. “Every plot against Pakistan will fail,” he vowed. “The enemies will face a mighty response.”
He added that Pakistan is sharing all evidence with the world to expose the true face of terrorism. Regarding the Pahalgam incident, he said Pakistan demands a transparent investigation but does not expect fairness from India.
The ISPR assured that Pakistan’s forces are fully alert and ready to defeat any future threats. “Our soldiers stand like an unbreakable wall,” said an ISPR official. “Any attempt to harm Pakistan’s peace will meet a swift and crushing response.”
This bold operation has once again shown that Pakistan’s resolve is stronger than ever, and its defenders will never let terror take root in the land.
