VIENNA: About 50 activists – mostly migrants from Sudan – assembled in the centre of Vienna to protest against the reactionary civil war between the two most powerful Generals – al-Burhan and Hemedti. This bloody conflict has already forced thousands of people to flee their homes.
Sister Ishraga Mustafa Hamid, an organiser of the Sudanese association “Sudanesische Gemeinschaft in Österreich”, led the event which saw several speeches by Sudanese activists.
Our comrade Michael Pröbsting, International Secretary of the RCIT, was also asked to address the rally. In his speech, Michael denounced the reactionary warlords. He explained that this conflict is the result of the fact that the army has not been dissolved until now. He emphasized the necessity to bring down the military regime and to replace it by a workers and peasant government.__https://www.thecommunists.net
