Musk Urges Trump to Release Epstein Files: “Just Release the Files as Promised”

Washington, D.C. — Tech mogul Elon Musk has reignited calls for transparency over the Jeffrey Epstein case, publicly urging former President Donald Trump to release sealed documents related to the disgraced financier’s connections and activities.

“Seriously. He said ‘Epstein’ half a dozen times while telling everyone to stop talking about Epstein,” Musk wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “Just release the files as promised.”

Musk’s comment was a direct response to Trump’s recent post on Truth Social, where the former president defended former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi while simultaneously accusing members of the Biden administration of manipulating or even creating the controversy surrounding the Epstein files.

Trump, who previously claimed he would declassify and release documents tied to Epstein’s alleged network, has faced renewed pressure to follow through. Epstein, who died in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, has long been at the center of speculation over his high-profile connections.

The calls for disclosure have only grown louder following the partial release of Epstein-related court documents earlier this year, which implicated several well-known figures. Musk has been among the most prominent voices calling for full transparency, previously questioning why media attention on the case has waned.

As of now, no official plans for document release have been announced by the Trump campaign.
