According to daily newspaper “Heute”: On Sunday evening, several police cars races towards the Donauzentrum. A scuffle is said to have broken out there. The police is keeping a low profile.
On Sunday evening, there was a large police operation in Vienna’s Donaustadt district. Eyewitnesses reported around a dozen emergency vehicles rushing towards the Donauzentrum.
However, the reason for the large-scale operation is unknown. In response to an enquiry to the Vienna police, there are only information about a “scuffle”. The police did not provide any further details on Sunday evening. The exact reason to the incident is therefore not yet clear.
